If it exists, we can rebuild it
A part snapped and nobody sells it any more? A bracket that never fitted properly in the first place? We scan the real thing with a Creality Raptor Pro handheld scanner, down to 0.02 mm, and build a printable model from it. No original file, no technical drawing, no manufacturer required.
Scan
Bring the part to us, or for anything bolted to a car or a machine, we come to it. Colour and geometry both get captured, so even worn and irregular shapes come through.
Rebuild
The scan becomes a clean, solid model. Broken, missing or worn-away sections get reconstructed from what's left and from the symmetry of the part.
Improve
Since we now have the model, the copy doesn't have to be identical. Thicker where it snapped, reinforced where it flexed, or reshaped to do the job better, then printed in a material that suits the use.
Common jobs: discontinued replacement parts, one-off brackets and mounts, restoring damaged pieces, and automotive work: trim, vents, badge holders, spoilers and custom body parts fitted to your own car.
