These are the terms you agree to when you order something from A3D Printing, a business based in Curaçao. Plain language, no tricks.

Quotes

A quote is our price for the job as described, in XCG, and it holds for the number of days written on it. Change the size, the material, the colour count or the quantity and the price changes with it. Nothing is booked in until the quote is accepted.

Paying

Custom work is paid before printing starts, either through the payment link on the quote or by cash or bank transfer. Bigger jobs can be split, half to start and half on delivery, if we agree that in writing first.

What you send us

You confirm that you own the model you send, or that you are allowed to have it printed. If someone else's design or trademark is in it, that is on you, not on us. We will turn down anything we believe is a weapon, a copy of someone else's product, or against the law here.

What 3D printing can and cannot do

Printed parts are built in layers. Layer lines are normal, colours vary slightly between batches of filament, and dimensions can move by a few tenths of a millimetre. If a part has to fit something exactly, tell us before we print and send the measurement. We would rather print a test piece than have you disappointed.

Timing

The turnaround we give you is our honest estimate, not a promise. Printers fail, filament runs out and shipping to the island is what it is. If something slips we tell you as soon as we know.

If something is wrong

If we printed it wrong, if it arrives broken, or if it does not match what you approved, tell us within seven days and we reprint it or refund it. Custom work that came out as agreed is not refundable, because we cannot sell your logo to anyone else. A design that turns out not to fit its purpose is a redesign, not a fault, and we will quote it fairly.

Limits

If something goes wrong on our side, what we owe you is capped at what you paid for that order. We are not responsible for what happens further down the line, such as lost business or a missed event.

Software and development work

For website and app projects, the scope, milestones and price go in the quote. You own the finished work once it is paid for. Hosting, domains and third party services are billed on to you at cost unless the quote says otherwise.

Where this applies

These terms are governed by the law of Curaçao.
