A3D Printing is a one-person 3D printing and software business based in Curaçao. This page explains what we do with your information. It is short because we do not do much with it.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we keep what you type into the form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and the details of the job such as material, quantity, colour and your notes. We also keep any file you upload, such as an STL, a STEP file or a photo of the thing you want made.

We count page views so we know whether the site is working. That count uses no cookies and no third party service. Your IP address and browser are turned into a scrambled code that changes every day and cannot be turned back into you. We never see who you are from it.

What we use it for

To price your job, to make it, and to talk to you about it. That is the whole list. We do not sell your details, we do not rent them, and we do not send marketing to anyone who did not ask for it.

Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run the business:

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the requests and files.
• Google carries our email, so the quote we send you passes through Gmail.
• Sentoo handles payment when you pay a quote online. They take the card or bank details directly, we never see them.
• QuickBooks holds our invoices and accounts, which include your name and what you bought.

Those companies keep data on servers outside Curaçao. If a court or the tax authority requires us to hand something over, we have to comply.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and the files attached to them stay for as long as the job is live and for two years afterwards, so we can reprint or repair something you ordered. Invoices stay for as long as Curaçao tax rules require. Page view counts are aggregated and hold nothing personal.

Your files stay yours

A model you send us is yours. We print it for you and we do not resell it, publish it or use it for another customer. We may photograph a finished item for our own portfolio, but only if you are happy for us to, and we will ask first.

What you can ask for

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it. Deleting the file you sent is easy and we will do it on request. Deleting an invoice is not always possible because of tax rules, and we will say so if that is the case.
